Cardio Kickboxing : Cardio Kickboxing Jump Kick & Cross Punch


Now we’re going to use jump kick, in our workout.
And this is going to be another four count. We’re going to go, jump kick, cross. Hook
punch, cross. And we do the jump kick, we want to try to do it. At least waist height,
if not head height. And to land with our foot forward. And we’re going to go cross punch,
hook punch, cross punch. And we do this, we want to do it with real pivoting. So that
we engage all of our muscles. So let’s run in place. Five, four, three, two, one. Jump,
one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three,
four, four. One, two, three, four, three. One, two, three, four, two. One, two, three,
four, one. Last one. One, two, three, four. And run in place. And those are how you use
jump kicks in the Cardio portion of our workout.

  1. wtf almost everything she tryed to show us was wrong
    1)hook was complitly wrong
    2)the kick hadnt technick at all it was like jump and strech the leg

  2. I like doing this kick! I do it this kick eight time on each leg for three sets. I call it a hinge kick, it really gets your heart rate up!!
