how to protect our fists doing an appropriate hand wrap for Muay Thai training, Boxing or MMA The first tip is to use a hand wrap at least four meters (160 inches) let’s ignore this handle we find in hand wraps and do five turns with a minimum spacing between the fingers one, two three four, five done that we will have a little pillow,
