Let’s start with 50 Jumping Jacks…3…2…1…GO Next, 50 ‘Scissors’ Alternating arms and legs Now 50 Hip Twists At your own time…50 Turns ! Do this as fast as you can let’s GO One-legged lateral jumps This also gets your knee stronger As well as working on your balance Finishing this first round we do 20 Knee Tuck Jumps Your knees go up…and not the chest lowering! As soon as you land you explode up (balls of feet only) First round complete…1 minute Rest er…Active Recovery then… Round 2 – 20 Burpees with guard change! Start in a plank and then Alternate arm and leg for 10 reps This time we place entire leg on the floor A little faster, please Now for more 10 reps – Hip goes up and leg does NOT touch the ground 10 more Reps…with final position HOLD of 3 seconds Next – 20 Knee ups and 1 Sprawl, 1 Sit up, 1 Push Up and 1 Squat And repeat this cicle adding one more rep each time! Until you get 10 reps for Sprawls, Sit Ups, Push Ups and Squats Now some active Recovery and Neck Training 10 Neck Extensions; 10 Lateral Neck Turns; 10 Lateral Neck Tilts (3 rounds of sequence) Now…here’s the speed I want from you guys! Switch! That’s the speed let’s GO 1 Minute Rest João please show me those ab exercises you were doing the other day…that was weird Ok…you go one way… Arms one side and legs the other…and then switch directions Oh that’s easy…Easy peasy I can do it…no problem Now for the Advanced Round! This is just for those who are BEASTS! Push up Stance and you do 5 hops to the Front, Back and Both Sides Then we go to an Elbow Plank followed by a Push Up ( 10 reps) And after this you do a Side Plank, with the other Arm reaching down and up 12 Reps on each side! You do this entire Sequence for 3 times!! If you’re working out alone…your Session is done! If you have a partner do 2 more exercises before you finish!
