body helps you on longer run days and gives you greater power. Step 5. Add other types of workouts, such as biking
or spinning, a few times a week. You’ll increase your fitness level and strengthen
your leg muscles, which will translate to better run times. Extra weight slows you down, so eat right
and lose weight if you need to. Step 6. Substitute your interval workouts with one-mile
time trials before your next race. You’ll get a better idea of your pace and
give yourself time to tweak your workout. Step 7. Drink a caffeinated beverage 30 to 60 minutes

  8. drinking water actually gives u cramps, you should drink a little before running, then after your work or rce, drink everything XD that's how I found out was easiest

It was illegal to use in competitions in the Olympics till recently and the athletes cant take too much or they ll be disqualified. It give you more energy.   14. This is overcomplicated here is what you need to do to increse your running distance. Run 2 times a week and just run as far as you can when you get out of breath just stop and rest repeat this and your running distance will spike through the roof. I started with 800 meters it went up to 2.4km in 2 weeks and in 1 month i run 5k
