and we are doing some kickboxing moves and combinations. What I am going to go ahead
and do now, I’m going to be jacking in between back push kicks. So we’ll go ahead and begin;
Jack, back push kick. Jack, back push kick. Remember the arm placement. Go over the shoulder
and you got to make sure that elbow is behind the hip. You don’t have to necessarily do
a jack in between if you don’t feel comfortable with that. This is just an option for you.
So instead of a jack you can just do the march in between. So I’ll do the back push with
a march. Back push with a march. Now you can do it with a jack. This is a really quick
way to get the heart rate up.
