MMA fighters gear up for their battle at Aloha Stadium

Tickets available at the Aloha Stadium Box Office or call 323-3592. – X-1 World Events, Hawaii’s premiere MMA organization with over 40 events promoted is back after a 3 year hiatus. – “Vitale vs. Jara” is X-1s return event, which will be held at Aloha Stadium, featuring the final fight for Niko Vitale who will be retiring after this bout. – After 15 years, Niko is competing in his 41st fight with a current record of 30-10. He’s fought the world’s best in every major promotion including the UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce,and King of the Cage, and is considered one of the pioneers of MMA in Hawaii. This will be his retirement fight versus Jaime Jara from California. – Co- headlining the card is local girl Rachael Ostovich from Jesus is Lord Gym. She has a 6-0 amateur record and a 1-0 professional record. She is currently singed with Invicta FC, the largest womens MMA promotion in the world, which is where the UFC recruits most of their female fighters. Invicta FC, however, has allowed Rachael to compete on this card to fight in front of her hometown fans.
