In this series I’m going to show you submissions
and variations of those submissions and Guillotine defenses as well as Guillotines. Kimuras,
I’m grabbing the wrist a lot of times. Kimuras are shoulder attacks. I’m also showing you
guillotines from standing and grabbing and arching, these are chokes. And I’m also showing
you D’Arces which you go over the head, grab the bicep pulling. A D’Arces is a blood choke,
alright. The blood chokes are a little slower, alright. As Guillotines are trachea chokes,
which are very, very fast that takes out your wind. Kimuras are shoulder attacks. I’m going
to also show you how to defend guillotines. Guillotines are common in MMA and all of grappling.
Kimuras are more of a grappling move which sometimes you will have to use in MMA. D’Arces
are more of a grappling move but people have been known to use it in MMA.
