We’re moving onto the more advanced version
of the stepping inside crescent kick. We’re adding a little hop. That’s all it is to it.
It gives us a little bit more power moving forward into our target, so again, same position;
staggered stance. Make sure you have your feet solid on the ground; always, before you
do anything. Now, instead of that step, I want you come up, drive with that back leg,
kick; make that half circle. So again, you kick from the knee and down. That’s the only
part of your leg that should be executing that kick. So again, a little hop, and half
is moving on half a circle across the face. One more time; step, kick, adding the hop,
okay, gives us a little bit more force. Again, I’m going to turn around, and we’re going
to do it on our target. The target is still the same. You’re just adding that little hop.
But now, how you could use this hop is if you need to cover more distance. If I’m further
away from my target and I need to cover a little bit more distance forward, I now can
use that hop to do that, okay. So that’s our hopping inside crescent kick. Next we’re going
to move onto the outside crescent kick.
