Women’s Kickboxing Kicks : Women’s Kickboxing: Pointed Toe Stepping Front Kick

O.k. so we’re going to do a stepping from
kick; this time we’re going to do it with a pointed toe, o.k. as opposed to the ball
of the foot. O.k. so this kick is just for kicking to groin; we want to go between our
opponents leg, really get our leg in there so that’s why the toe is pointed. Now I’m
going to demonstrate it right here; it’s the same basic stance that we start in o.k., we
take that step with the back leg now we’re going to visualize the groin; you’re going
to go straight in underneath o.k. If you can; it’s also good to kick with the whole shin
because that’s, that’s a solid bone and it’s going to hurt a little bit more even. So one
more time; I’m going o step in, o.k. we’re going to point that foot and go straight in
underneath to the groin area. O.k., I’m going to face that camera and I’m going to do it
one more time so I’m going to take that step; step, kick underneath between the legs into
the groin and then we’re going to take a step back. And our next kick after is we’re going
to start with the back leg kicks; back leg front kick o.k.

  1. why teach women to fight dirty,,just teach them proper kickboxing instead of efficiant training of what all women already do "go for the balls"

  2. The groin kick is sooo overdone on YT.
    Effective, of course.
But I am beyond tired and bored over it.
